RAEN
Based in California, RAEN are frames that aspire to timelessness, with clean and extremely elegant lines, clearly inspired by the fifties and life on the West Coast. However, they are also glasses for enjoying the outdoors, for exploring and reconnecting with nature without reservations. It is an extraordinary balance: comfortable and functional glasses, but also distinguished and refined; adventures without giving up style.
RAEN frames, like the rest of our frames, are made of acetate. A sustainable material made from cellulose and cotton that results in a rigid material but with enough play to adapt to the user's face. The color of the glasses is integrated into the acetate, it is not a layer of paint that fades over time. In addition, it is hypoallergenic, suitable for the most sensitive skins.
Also the manufacturing, cutting and assembly process is artisanal, the lenses are mineral (made by Zeiss) and the design... RAEN likes to call it "modern classic": inspired by the Californian classics (where they have their main workshop and base of operations), rigorously handcrafted for today's world.
Sooner or later the paths of RAEN and El Graduat had to meet. Always on our shelves.
